في إطار بناء وتعزيز القدرات للكوادر الإدارية المحلية، قام وفد من مركز ماري للأبحاث والدراسات بزيارة المجلس المحلي لمدينة الباب، تم خلالها عقد اجتماع مع إدارات المجلس. كما تم توقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين مركز ماري ممثلاً بمدير المركز الدكتور معروف الخلف والمجلس المحلي ممثلاً بالمهندس جمال العثمان رئيس المجلس، وأبرز ما تضمنته المذكرة قيام مركز ماري للأبحاث والدراسات بتقديم الندوات والدورات وورشات العمل في المجالات الإدارية والمالية والقانونية والاجتماعية للكوادر المحلية.
