أقام مركز ماري للأبحاث والدراسات وضمن نشاطات وحدة التدريب وبناء القدرات ورشة عمل بعنوان:
ريادة الأعمال في ظل التحديات المعاصرة
وذلك بمشاركة مجموعة من السيدات من جهات عدة كوحدة تمكين المرأة في لجنة إعادة الاستقرار ومركز تنمية الأسرة وعدد من السيدات الناشطات في مدينة اعزاز.
أدار الورشة التي أقيمت يومي الثلاثاء والخميس 01و03-09-2020، الدكتور عقبة العيسى المتخصص بإدارة الأعمال والتسويق والمدرس في عدد من الجامعات السورية، والذي أشار بأن الورشة ركزت على النقاط التالية:
- تحديد أهم التحديات المعاصرة في الشمال السوري
- مفهوم وأهمية ريادة الأعمال
- دور ريادة الأعمال في بناء رأس المال الاجتماعي
- التعرف على البطاقة الشخصية لرائد الأعمال
- استعراض تجارب ناجحة في ريادة الأعمال
- التعرف على مجالات ريادة الأعمال ـــ الريادة الاجتماعية
- تطوير نموذج مقترح لتطوير ريادة الأعمال في الشمال السوري.
وحول أهمية مثل هذه النشاطات التي تستهدف النساء في الشمال السوري. قالت الأستاذة ماجده البتور، المحاضرة في جامعة حلب الحرة وعضو المنتدى الفكري السوري، وإحدى المشاركات: “تأتي أهمية هذه التدريبات والدورات والندوات في الشمال السوري المحرر، وخاصة للسيدات من أجل تحقيق أهداف كثيرة منها على سبيل المثال:
١.تشجيع وتوعية المرأة بأهمية دورها كرائدة أعمال في المجتمع لأنها العنصر الأكثر عرضةً لتحديات الحياة وخاصة ظروف الحرب والنزوح والتهجير وكثرة عدد نساء الشهداء وغير ذلك من تحديات الحرب.
٢.إكساب السيدات مهارة عالية في ريادة الأعمال.
٣.توفير فرص عمل تناسب السيدات من جميع النواحي والاجتماعية والاقتصادية خاصة.”
