تستمر في مركز ماري للأبحاث والدراسات للأسبوع الخامس على التوالي محاضرات وتدريبات دبلوم القيادات النسائية، وذلك بالتعاون مع وحدة تمكين المرأة في مدينة أعزاز، وبحضور وتفاعل مميز من المشاركات.
ركزت محاور الأسبوع الخامس من الدبلوم، التي قدمها الدكتور عبد الكريم الحمود أستاذ إدارة الأعمال ورئيس الوحدة الاقتصادية في المركز، على أركان القيادة الثلاث وهي:
1-الرؤية المستقبلية.
2-الأتباع المخلصون.
3-التشجيع والتحفيز.
كما تم التطرق إلى قضايا وخصائص القيادة الوسطى وثمانية الوصفة القاتلة لمعنويات أي قائد. أما عن نظريات التحفيز فقد تم التطرق لأهم نظريتين في هذا الإطار، وهما نظرية الاحتياجات الإنسانية لماسلو ونظرية التوزان لستيفن كوفي.
كما تم عرض مجموعة من الفيديوهات ذات المحتوى المكمل للمحاضرات، والقيام بعدد من التدريبات العملية من أجل ترسيخ المعلومات لدى المشاركات وكيفية الاستفادة منها، وذلك في جو تميز بالتفاعل والمشاركة وطرح الكثير من الأفكار حول واقع القيادة النسائية في المناطق المحررة.
